In the noise and busyness of today’s pace, there are times when you just need to take a break. Do it. Put on your shoes, sling wide the door, feel the light shine on your face and start walking. Walking releases tensions and brings in the breath of life. It doesn’t matter what the pace or where, just begin. As you walk, you will notice the extraordinary of the ordinary. Small and large details that will speak to you, calling out your name and bring delight to your heart. Feel yourself relax as you effortlessly let go of stresses with the movement of your body.
Through the simple act of walking, enjoying the outdoors together, we empower and heal ourselves. Feeling good ripples out and affects the world around us. Ask other’s you meet if they’re enjoying walking. The answer will be, Yes! Walking is wonderful.
